設計特點：
本船為單底單舷鋼鐵結構焊接，裝有雙柴油機，Z型全回轉拖輪。本船采用側橫骨架結構（機艙設局部雙層底）。本船設計航區為沿海及A、B級航區及港作要求，主要用于拖帶作業。
Design Characteristic：
The vessel is to be of welded steel construction with single bottom, single sideboard, twin diesel engine , two sets of Z-drive propellers. The vessel adopts transverse framing system(double bottom to be provided at engine room). Navigation area are coastal service & A class in Yangtse river, to be used for port operation and towing working.
