設計特點：
本船為尾機型、圓弧式首部、雙槳、雙舵、柴油機推進的單甲板、單底（局部為雙層底），混合骨架式、A字型扒桿自航起重船。本船適用于近海航區調遣/沿海及內河A級航區作業。
起重能力：沿海作業時，主鉤起重量 2×350t；付鉤起重量 2×150t。
內河A級航區作業時，主鉤起重量 2×500t；付鉤起重量 2×200t。
Design Characteristic：
This vessel is a twin-screw & rudder, aft diesel engine mounted self-propelled crane ship with barrel bow, single deck, single bottom (double bottom at local area), mixed frame system and A type standing derrick, suitable for service at greater coastal , working at coastal water and class A in the Yangtze River.
Hoist ability:
At coastal water: Main derrick 2×350t；Auxiliary derrick 2× 150t .
At class A in the Yangtze River: Main derrick 2×500t；Auxiliary derrick 2×200t .
