The vessel is a single-screw & rudder, aft diesel-engine mounted bulk carrier with welded hull, single continuous deck, bulbous bow, “V”type stern and three cargo holds in mid ship, mainly carrying coal, rice cement, ore, timber and steel etc. The vessel is designed according  to VR 《Rules classification and construction of sea-going ships》(2003). Navigation area is unrestricted water.
